The Town of Delavan Park & Tourism Committee will hold its monthly Meeting on Tuesday, February 7, 2012at 6:00 p.m.in the Lower Levelat the Town of Delavan Town Hall, 5621 Town Hall Rd., Delavan WI 53115.
1) Call to order.
2) Roll Call.
3) Declaration of quorum for doing business.
4) Approval of the agenda.
5) Approval of minutes of the regular Park & Tourism Committee meeting of January 2, 2012
6) Communications.
7) Comments and Suggestions of Citizens present regarding Items on the Agenda.
8) Old Business:
(a) Discussion/possible recommendation: Review proposals for Fire Works for 2012- 2014.
(b) Discussion/possible recommendation: Review results of the Bingo program on
02/06/2012.
(c) Discussion/possible recommendation: Review Auction Policy and establish a separate
account for the funds.
(d) Discussion/possible recommendation: Kitchen Remodeling Project up date.
(e) Discussion/possible recommendation: Freedom Statue Project up date.
(f) Discussion/possible recommendation: Memorial Wall Project up date.
(g) Discussion/possible recommendation: Purchasing 2 or 3 Boons for the beach area.
(h) Discussion/possible recommendation: Forth of July (June 30th) Music
(i) Discussion/possible recommendation: Purchasing of ceiling fan/s for the community
Park Building.
9) New Business:
(a) Discussion/possible recommendation: Gun Show contract and income proposal
(b) Discussion/possible recommendation: Payment to S. Shoff for work on Bingo
set up and take down.
