The Town of Delavan Park & Tourism Committee will hold its monthly Meeting on Tuesday, January 3, 2012at 6:00 p.m.in the Lower Levelat the Town of Delavan Town Hall, 5621 Town Hall Rd., Delavan WI  53115. 

1)   Call to order.

2)   Roll Call.

3)   Declaration of quorum for doing business.

4)   Approval of the agenda.

5)   Approval of minutes of the regular Park & Tourism Committee meeting of December 6, 2011.

6)   Communications.

7)   Comments and Suggestions of Citizens present regarding Items on the Agenda.

8)   Old Business: 

(a)  Discussion/possible recommendation: Steve Shoffs’ 2012 Contract approval.

(b)  Discussion/possible recommendation: Establish Auction Policy.

(c)  Discussion/possible recommendation: Draft of Bingo contract for 2012.

(d)  Discussion/possible recommendation: Fire Works Contract for 2012-2014.

(e)  Discussion/possible recommendation: Independence day update.

(f)  Discussion/possible recommendation: Kitchen remodeling project.

(g) Discussion/possible recommendation: Outside vending machine contractor.

(h) Discussion/possible recommendation: Removal of piers 2012 policy.

9)  New Business:

    (a) Discussion/possible recommendation: Freedom Statue program.

    (b) Discussion/possible recommendation: Memorial day program including the

                                                  memorial wall and other items.

    ©  Discussion/possible recommendation: Senior Citizen boat launch discount.

    (d) Discussion/possible recommendation: Allowance of more than one type of boat

                                                 on an annual boat pass.

    (e) Discussion/possible recommendation: Purchasing 3 0r 4 boons for the beach.

10) Park Harbor Master Report.

11) Comments and suggestions of Citizens Present regarding items not on the agenda.

12) Review and approval of Monthly Bills.

13) Date of Next Meeting.

14) Adjournment.
