The Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 7:00pm, in the main meeting room of the Town Hall, 5621 Town Hall Road, Delavan, WI  53115.

6. Approval of the Minutes of the Plan Commission Meeting of December 6, 2011
7. Discussion/possible action on the application of Robert Hehr, 4155 Finch Lane, (FHO 00017) for several setback variances to keep the existing location of the attached garage.
8. Discussion/possible action on the application of Shodeen for a Conditional Use Permit due to a Conservation Subdivision and Rezoning to offer a multi-family option.
9. Comments and suggestions of citizens present
