The Town of Delavan Board will hold a Special Board Meeting on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 6:00pm, in the lower level meeting room of the Town Hall, 5621 Town Hall Rd., Delavan, WI 53115.
AGENDA:
- Call to order
- Roll Call
- Declaration of a quorum present for doing business
- Westshire Municipal Service Fees for 2011
- Convene into Closed Session per WI Stat 19.85 (1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel about strategy regarding current litigation Topic: US Tanker v. Town of Delavan
- Reconvene into Open Session
- Adjournment
