The Town Of Delavan Fire and Rescue Committee will hold its regular
monthly meeting on Tuesday January 13 th 2009 at 7:00PM at the main
Fire Station # 1 on Town Hall Road.
AGENDA
1.) Call to order.
2.) Roll call.
3.) Declare quorum to conduct business.
4.) Approval of the minutes of the November 4th 2008 meeting.
5.) Comments and suggestions of citizens.
6.) Communications.
7.) OLD BUSINESS:
( A ) Discussion / Possible recommendation: Mabis contract status.
( B ) Discussion / Possible recommendation: Geneva National antenna
agreement.
8.) NEW BUSINESS:
( A ) Discussion / Possible recommendation: Any other Department
issues.
9.) Comments.
10.) Review monthly bills.
11.) Next months meeting date and time.
12.) Adjournment.
