The Town Of Delavan Lake Committee will hold its regular monthly
meeting on Wednesday January 7 th 2009 at 7:00PM in the Town Of
Delavan Town Hall main meeting room.

1.) Call to order.
2.) Roll call.
3.) Declare quorum present to conduct business.
4.) Approval of the minutes of the November 5th 2008 meeting.
5.) Comments and suggestions of citizens present.
6.) Communications.
7.) OLD BUSINESS:
( A ) Discussion / Possible recommendation : HDR services, Inlet
project.
( B ) Discussion / Possible recommendation: Storm water utility.
( C ) Discussion / Possible recommendation: Mound Road project.
( D ) Discussion / Possible recommendation: Police Dept. lake
stats.

( A ) Discussion / Possible recommendation: Gauge station S. Shore
