The Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 7:00pm,
in the main meeting room of the Town Hall, 5621 Town Hall Road,
Delavan, WI 53115.

4. Comments and suggestions of citizens present
5. Approval of the Minutes of the Plan Commission Meeting of November
4, 2008
6. Discussion/possible action on the application of Fritz Kreiss and
Catherine McQueen, 5072 Hwy. 50 (FD2500002B) for a rezone from A-1,
M-2, and C-2 to B-4 to allow for the development of the Green Leaf
Inn.
7. Discussion/possible action on the addendum to the Windtree Acres
Condominium Plat.
8. Discussion/possible action on building restriction removal request
on CSM # (FA411200001) by Kurt & Terri Timmerman.
9. Discussion/possible recommendation on the proposals for Needs
Assessments for Park Impact Fees.
10. Discussion/possible recommendation on the ordinance for building
permit issuance and guidelines.
11. Discussion on the proposed development of Camp Delavan at 3240
North Shore Dr.
12. Discussion/possible action on the rezone from R-2A to R-4 with a
Conditional Use Permit and Declaration of Restrictions.
13. Discussion/update of Smart Growth/Land Use Planning
