The Town of Delavan Police & Water Safety Committee will hold their
regular monthly meeting on Monday, August 30th, 2010 at the Delavan
Town Hall at 5:00 PM.

3. Declaration of a quorum present for doing business.
4. Comments and Suggestions of Citizens present regarding agenda
items.
5(A) Approval of minutes of June 7th meeting
5(B) Approval of minutes of August 2nd meeting

A. Discussion/possible action on 2011 Budget
9. NEW BUSINESS
A. Discussion/possible action on address renumbering.
B. Discussion/possible action on replacement of boat motor.
C. Discussion/possible action of Hwy 50 expansion project.
D. Discussion/possible action on speed limit signage change on
Theatre Rd.
E. Discussion/possible action on stop sign installation on Theatre at
Bailey Rd.
F. Report from the Chief - department and personnel status.
G. Review, approval and recommendations of bills/invoices to be
paid.
H. Comments of citizens present.
I. Scheduling of next meeting.
