MINUTES OF THE TOWN OF DELAVAN FIRE & RESCUE COMMITTEE MEETING
11/04/08 @ 7PM.
1.) The meeting was called to order by Chair Wolfgram at 7:00PM.
2.) Roll call indicated Larry Lester, Frank Jones and Herb Sessner
were excused. All others were present.
3.) Chair Wolfgram declared a quorum present.
4.) Minutes of the October 14th 2008 meeting were approved, with a
motion by Jamie Jaroz, second by Chief Edwards, all in favor.
5.) Comments and suggestions: None.
6.) Communications: Chair Wolfgram read a letter from the Town
Administrator as to who has the new station keys.
7.) Old Business:
( A ) Mabis contract status: Chief Edwards advised the Department
still hasn’t received it back from the Town Offices.
This is very important for our mutual aid situations and status,
both sending or receiving. Chair Wolfgram will bring it up again at
the T/B work meeting.
8.) New Business:
( A ) Any other issues: Chair Wolfgram had the new Geneva National
radio agreement from Larry Lester. Chair Wolfgram will present it to
the Board at the work meeting.
9.) Comments: None.
10.) Monthly bills were reviewed and approved.
11.) Next meeting, December 9th 2008.
12.) Motion to adjourn by Chair Wolfgram, second by Jamie Jaroz , all
in favor at 8:05 PM.
