What’s New at the Community Park….
 
Since 2006 Community Park-
Town of Delavan, Located at
Highway 50 and South Shore
Drive on beautiful Delavan Lake has
Added many new improvements
to the park they are as follows:
 
New 30 ft Pier extension at the boat launch
Fishermen’s picnic grove near the launch
Remodeled Community Center and it’s kitchen
Landscaping along HWY 50 fence line
Added a floral garden at the park entrance
Added bait, ice, and beverage/candy vending machines
Coming in 2008 ~ 80 ft fishing pier
Coming in 2008 ~ Repaved boat launch
Designated a “Native American Burial Site” by State of Wisconsin
  
Also, several new special events have been added including
“Jammin' in the Park” – Blues Grass Festival;
Polka Fest; Craft Show; Native American Heritage Day; and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
