Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at Town of Delavan
Town Hall, 5621 Town Hall Rd., Delavan WI 53115.

a. Discussion/possible action on the recommendation of the people to
change the ordinance and make the Treasurer’s position appointed
instead of elected.
b. Discussion/possible action on the recommendation of the Fire and
Rescue Committee to approve the antenna license agreement with Geneva
National.
c. Discussion/possible action on the recommendation of the Plan
Commission to accept the conceptual plan of the Green Leaf Inn
development at 5072 Hwy 50.
d. Discussion/possible action on the recommendation of the Plan
Commission to approve the rezone from A-1 to R-1 for Patricia Stoll,
5411 Bailey Rd. (FD 3500002B).
e. Discussion/possible action on the recommendation of the Police and
Water Safety Committee to lower speed limit on S&D and Sweet Roads to
45MPH.
f. Discussion/possible action on the recommendation of the Police and
Water Safety Committee to approve the shipping charges for the radar
trailer that was purchased with grant money.
g. Discussion/possible action on the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee to improve Theatre Road (Hwy 67 to Town Hall Rd.) and
Dusk Drive as an alternate.
