OFFICIAL NOTICE
The Town of Delavan Town Board will hold a Special Board Meeting on
Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 1:45pm in the main meeting room of the
Town Hall, 5621 Town Hall Road, Delavan, WI 53115.
AGENDA:
1. Call to order
2. Roll Call
3. Declaration of a quorum present for doing business
4. Discussion/possible action on Resolution 12-2008 to consider
amending the policy pertaining to Town Official Expenses. Meal
allowances may be changed to a flat amount rather than reimbursement
while attending the Annual Towns Convention.
5. Adjournment
A Quorum of the Town Board may be present

Courtesy postings at the following businesses: Maxi One, Mobile Mart,
Delavan Pick & Save, and Schmaling’s Piggly Wiggly
Copies: Committee Members, Town Board, Delavan Enterprise,
Janesville Gazette, and The Week.
Any person who has a qualifying disability as defined by the
Americans With Disabilities Act that requires the meeting or the
materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format
must contact the Town of Delavan, 5621 Town Hall Road, Delavan, WI at
least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the commencement of the meeting
so that necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate the
request.
