The Town of Delavan Town Board will hold its monthly Committee of the
Whole Meeting on Monday August 10, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at Town of
Delavan Town Hall, 5621 Town Hall Rd., Delavan WI 53115.

a. Discussion: Citizen member appointment to the Fire & Rescue
b. Discussion: Theatre Rd Improvement Agreement with Williams Bay
c. Discussion: Conditional User Permit Application by Mary Jongetjes,
Lake Fashions, 418 State Rd 50, to allow a second business sign
d. Discussion: Resolution for the Settlement and transfer of Lake
Project costs.
e. Discussion: Attorney attendance at the August Board Meeting
